Wool, cotton, aluminiumVarious dimensionsFrom the group exhibition Rundgang TV at the Jutland Art Academy (streamed via twitch)
Made during COVID-19, these swords were a way to see a progress each day despite the world situation. A very naive and self-absorb way to consider revolution, it fitted perfectly into how small the artist’s (/one’s) world was during lockdowns. On a self-made loom, consisting of leftover battens, the artist started weaving swords. Looking at Youtube-tutorials and trial-and-error three wool-blooded swords appeared. Each day; a small progress.
